Plus Addressing in SmarterMail
How to download other mailboxes via POP

  1. Log into your account at http://mail.yourdomainname.com.
  2. Under "Settings", go to "My Settings".

  3. Under "My Settings", go to "Plus Addressing". If not enabled, check mark "enabled" under the "Plus Addressing" section. Leave "Action" to "Move to Folder (if it exists)." Hit "Save."

  4. Setup a new email account in your email program. Steps can be found for Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express in our knowledge base.
  5. Instead of username@yourdomainname.com as the email address and login, use username+foldertodownload@yourdomainame.com. For example, if you have another mailbox called "sports", you would use the following address: username+sports@yourdomainname.com.
